Did You Know…? Europa Petrol Astromech

Did you know… back in 1979, the Europa petrol station chain (since merged into BP) ran an advertising campaign featuring a very familiar robot design. Stickers featuring this red-detailed astromech-like droid were given out at petrol stations, and there was even a life-sized version that appeared in television commercials, and toured to make promotional appearances.
