Julian Dennison Joins The Bad Batch Cast

Young New Zealand actor Julian Dennison has joined the voice talent team of the animated Disney+ series The Bad Batch.

Young New Zealand actor Julian Dennison (Hunt for the Wilderpeople, Deadpool 2, Godzilla vs Kong) has joined the voice talent team of the animated Disney+ series The Bad Batch. Julian voices a couple of young clones (Deke and Stak) that Hunter and Wrecker encounter on the jungle planet Setron, and in doing so joins fellow kiwi actor Daniel Logan who returns to the animated universe to also voice a young clone (Mox). This brings the total number of New Zealanders contributing their voice talent to The Bad Batch series to four, with Michelle Ang playing the lead character Omega, and Keisha Castle-Hughes more recently being introduced as the new Imperial scientist character Emerie Karr (Keisha also famously played Queen Apailana of Naboo in Episode III: Revenge of the Sith).

We don’t yet know if Julian’s characters will return for future episodes of The Bad Batch, but this episodes does conclude with them being dropped off on the refugee haven planet Pabu, so their reappearance remains a real possibility.
