New The Last Jedi Mug & Advent Calendar

Australian company Park Avenue have a couple of new food-related The Last Jedi products available at The Warehouse. The first is a ceramic mug that comes packaged with tiny marshmallows – the graphic design on the dishwasher-safe mug has the First Order logo, with stormtroopers, on one side, and the Resistance/Rebellion logo on the other, along with R2-D2 and BB-8. It is a pretty nice little product priced at only $6.

With Christmas approaching (kind of), a The Last Jedi advent calendar is also available. This item is all about the heroes of the movie, with Chewbacca & BB-8 on the front, and a cut-out jigsaw puzzle featuring Rey, Finn, and Poe on the rear. As is common with Christmas countdown calendars of this type, it comes packaged with 24 chocolate pieces behind the individual cardboard doors to get through December until Christmas Eve. UK company Kinnerton have an advent calendar in stock at The Warehouse too, but it is only a slight variation on it’s 2016-2017 version, coming with a foil image/print of BB-8 as compared with the standard print released in previous years.

Park Avenue have been releasing a lot of licensed Star Wars food items in New Zealand over the last few years (check out all of our Park Avenue articles). As well as the new products listed above, a little while back they updated their “Character Cookies” to include The Force Awakens imagery, cookie designs, and collectible magnets – their previous character cookies were fully Original Trilogy-based.
