For any vintage collectors with an interest in cardback collecting, I've just written up an article on the differences between the NZ-packaged Star Wars figures and the US Kenner versions (in 1978-1982):

It's been hard to find much information regarding these figures. I had some cardbacks saved from when I was younger but they were 'lost' when I was in the Army (family members thinking they were old and not wanted).

Any more information you may have about these would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I personally find the differences to be a unique topic. I'll update that article from time to time as new info comes to light, but did so fairly recently, so it currently includes all images and details I have access to.

I've been trying to track even a card down with no luck so a carded figure would pretty much explode my mind hahaha
