OK, if anyone wants to go to the opening of TFA and can't get tickets at the Embassy, I have a spare one for readings courtney place gold lounge ticket X1 only.
Just in case anyone needs one for the Wellington region.

Got my tickets at Sylvia Park for the 12:01 screening. Bring on December 17th

Yes I will definitely be there! Had the same trouble booking tickets as well, ended up just walking down to the theatre to get them by which point there were only a couple of seating options left for the number of people I was going with. Worked out alright though in the end, and got a decent spot in the middle back part of the theatre

Finding the IMAX thing was a pain in the butt! But I decided to forego it for the closer cinema of Albany because I felt bad asking my dad for a ride home at stupid AM on a Thursday, haha. I'll do IMAX the next day

Saying that, I have a seat to the first [public] screening at the Chinese Theatre...

I'm unsure of my movements in December, so either could happen (and it's a great choice to have).

My partner and I are going 2D at St Lukes, 12.01am showing

Got some pretty great tickets as we got through the event site relatively easily.

Was the movie made for 3D, or is it a post-conversion job?
