I know the events coordinator is a big Star Wars fan so I hope there will be some games related to the genre

I'm going down for the opening day Sat so will be free thatevening and Sunday and Monday if anyone from SWNZ has a chance for a catch up

Can't get down this year

Would love to get to check it out at some point...shame it closes before Wellington Armageddon, which is a bit later in 2013.

Do hope to see some pics and hear details from those who make it there.

Taking the opportunity to get photos on the Sunday with some other cosplayers (Asari headpainting fun!) and then a spot of shopping (windowshopping at this stage) at Sherazade and other places on Monday

It is a pity it will close before Welly Geddon I think if the dates were the same it may have overlapped I won't be able to get photos on the day but there should be lot.

I've been helping out behind the scenes so I'm hoping there will be further opportunities later in the year

I drove past Te Papa today & noticed the big new banner advertising the exhibition.

Friday night should be fun Finally allowed to say I'm going to be part of the opening day activities The event organiser wanted costumed people to attend on the opening day and it's been nearly two months of wrangling ideas and people

So I can't have too much fun Friday I'll be up at 6 to get glued and painted and armoured up as an Asari (Liara and we will have Aria as well).

I could be game (no pun intended) to do something on friday night. Steampunk Luke needs another outing
