According to the latest issue of the SkyWatch magazine, season 4 of The Clone Wars animated TV show starts on Sky TV's Cartoon Network this coming Friday ... which is "Star Wars Day".

As well as the 5:00pm weekday episodes, Cartoon Network might be playing a compilation "omnibus" on Sundays. There's no details, but the TV Guide has The Clone Wars scheduled on Sundays, 6:00pm - 8:30pm (starting tomorrow, 6 May - which seems a bit odd since the season only started yesterday).

The largely worthless SkyWatch magazine has chopped down the listings for some of the channels, so there is no actual schedule for the Cartoon Network.

Wikipedia has October 1st for region 4 release (based on the preorder page from Ezydvd.com.au), though I can't find more information for NZ.

That's surprisingly early. Cool! Let's hope that date holds.

According to the local suppliers, Clone Wars Season 4 is due to drop 31 October on DVD & Blu-ray.

Arrrrggghhhhhh!!! Yet something else to buy ... my list keeps getting longer and longer.

I know what you mean Buzz. Just as I was starting to reign in my Hasbro spending I popped the lid on my Micro Machines collection and got back into that madness. And now it's coming up to pre Christmas DVD and book season. Eek - so much for saving money.
