Darth Vader in today's NZ Herald

I have no idea why, but the front cover of the Sports liftout section of today's NZ Herald (29 July, 2011) features Darth Vader with a Springbok logo on his breastplate.
There was also an image in the Business section earlier in the week of Rupert Murdock's son shadowed by Darth Vader. Apparently he is a big Vader fan and has a life-size statue outside his office ... irony or life imitating art?
