So, handed in my resignation after a major incident at work.
After having a week off as the bosses needed to investigate my claims of bullying and harassment, they let me know on Tuesday evening that my resignation was successful and they would pay me out my notice period.
Because of the incident and way that things were handled, I am looking into taking the two people responsible to court and am seeking legal advice.
Anyone here ever done that?
