Doctor Who star David Tennant has proposed to his actress girlfriend Georgia Moffett. Georgia, who is the daughter of another former Doctor Who, Peter Davison, has been in a relationship with David since she appeared on the sci-fi TV show in 2008. The couple are planning to marry early next year.
