Just saw this news over on Mousedroid

Australia is not getting the ROTJ wave because Hasbro Australia forgot to get it. Now that got me thinking that Hasbro New Zealand is operated by Hasbro Australia. Does that mean we will miss out?
Who has the contacts to find out?

Re: New/upcoming figure/vehicle discussions
According to my contact, Hasbro NZ was due to get the next wave about now. But since most shops will have their Christmas stock already we may not see it in stores until the new year.
I just assumed he was talking about the ROTJ wave.........one should never assume though aye

Aw man, these G-Guards look great as an army. Don't think you can have just one.

Wonderful picture! I'm shooting for 4 myself. Here's hoping that's possible. They seem to be pretty scarce.

Sad news. Hasbro NZ have had it confirmed from Australia. Unfortunately the ROTJ Wave vintage figures will NOT be released in Australia or New Zealand. What a J.O.K.E !

Shame, but expected after the AU news was released. Hope Hasbro AU/NZ sort out the AOTC Wave.

Re: New/upcoming figure/vehicle discussions
I've been asking MightyApe about this wave. Here's a summary :
MA:Unfortunately there is no confirmation from Hasbro NZ at this time. There will be an announced update of whether we will be getting this line in the new year, once next year's range has been confirmed.
me: if Hasbro NZ does not get the ROTJ wave, is there any chance that MightyApe can get it elsewhere? A lot of Star Wars fans in NZ were really looking forward to that wave.
MA: I'll try to get some in from overseas if Hasbro NZ doesn't pick these up, but can't guarantee anything at the moment.
