Hey guys and girls, just letting everyone know that I am moving house.
We have sold and will be going unconditional on independance day.
Then we move into our temporary rental for a year maybe a bit longer, depending on when they start to build the road that the house is on.
The big advantage for me is that this house has four garages and a workshop with a car port.
I haven't seen it yet, but I like it just for the fact it has so much space for me.

I had a quick look at the house yesterday and it is great as far as the room is concerned, the two garages attached to the house have a nice work room just off the garage which is perfect for my smaller tinkering and the rest of the garage is just huge for me.
I also get my own bathroom too, just for me.
I'll post some pictures once we get the keys in a few weeks time.

Yeah, my wife has said that I can use the double garage out the back as a man cave and put in a pool table, darts board etc etc etc and the double garage attached to the house, half can be my work shop which has a nice small work space sectioned off and the other half can be for the car and fire wood.
The car port will house the work van and recycling along with garden tools in the attached shed.
Plus in a house full of girls I can have my own bathroom & shower as well, yippie .

Also - finally dropped by the Ghuznee St Shoe and Bag Repair store today to check out Evan's awesome collection of helmets. He had some very nice things to say about you
Evan is a really nice guy, highly recommend his services, he knows what he is on about in all respects.
Has he shown you his current helmet creation?
He has a pair of my boots that he is working on for me to try and fit into.
We'll see how we go for the Armageddon expo, or I might be in my black Snow boots until I can get another pair.
