Maybe you could change your hobby description to that of Plastic surgeon, Your a true artist as far as this is concerned.
Once I have paid my loan for my Vader costume, i'll have to save for one of your MK 2 helmets I think

Re: OGA helmet version 2!
Hey all a few WIPS of the version2 helmet. the off white areas are where I have dug into the existing form. the bogged areas are where I've built the form up a bit.
I've got a wee bit of sanding to go but the changes are basically there. I'll be double checking them against Fredstars AP (hopefully) as a final process before doing a test pull.
overall the changes to the form are pretty subtle. It's hard to predict how this new faceplate will come out; it's technically a bit more accurate around the centre of the eyes and 'nose' bit.
I'll post some side by side pics soonish.
C and C welcome as always. The pics to be honest don't give a particularly good idea of the changes I think the first test pull will!

Re: OGA helmet version 2!
Looking good Jon.
I know I'm only looking at a 2D photo but having spent a lot of time looking at the MK1 helmet I would suggest the following areas for fettling too:
Red areas some removal suggested.
yellow some addition suggested.
mainly taking some weight out of the tubes and reworking the "hovi tip" area.

The T-H-X account is six percent over budget. The case is to be terminated.
