Sci-Fi museum project in LA

There have been a few "Sci-Fi Museums" around the world, some that have come and gone, some that have stuck around. Check out this proposal for a museum with a pretty grand vision.
There are some big names on the board of directors. It'd be pretty awesome to see something like this come to fruition.
