Figure Stands and Card Protectors

I'm planning on protecting/preserving my vintage carded figures with some sort of clear cover and hanging them on the wall. What's usually used to do this?

Also looking for stands for my loose figures so they don't fall down everytime the door is closed.

Best source to get the above products?

Thanks in advance.

Protech/Star Cases are what I use, and are probably the most commonly used for protecting and displaying carded figures - http://www.collectingwarehouse.com/Prod ... on-Figures

Protech also make action figure stands, and their clear versions (different ones for vintage and modern figures) are my current favourite - http://swnz.dr-maul.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=909

Thanks Matt. That's exactly what I'm after. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

No problem.

Just another thought regarding the figure cases...I'd reiterate that Protech/Star Case is a preferred brand, as there are some alternatives that I've gone through in the past that are made of different plastics which turn yellow or brittle over a number of years. Haven't had that problem with Protech/Star Case.

Hi I would go with Acrylic cases for your carded figures.

GW Acrylic in the UK do them. They are on the UK SW forum - around $20 for a case but they are ace!

Mention a UK forum member sent you - Christian who makes them is really good. The cases are like AFA ones.

They click on the bottom(sliding case)

For vintage these are the best. My 12 backs are in these!!!!

Matt

Any chance you have some spare cases and stand available for sale? If yes, how much do you want for them? I'm after 100 cases and maybe 200-400 stands. I will take all you have available for sale depending on the price. Let me know.

Thanks

I don't have any spare at the moment, sorry (in fact, I have ongoing needs for both stands and cases myself, but probably won't be putting in an order for a couple of months at this stage).
