Whitcoulls in New Lynn (Lynn Mall) has Clone Wars glow in the dark 3d stickers on clearance - usually $9.99 each, now $1.00. Picked up one of each for Juliet - they had about 6 or so each of the two types there.

I was just about to post that one.

The stickers are $1 at every Whitcoulls. There's 8 different packs in the "Clone Wars" set - two small ones, two medium ones, and four large ones. I've also seen them at Kmart, but not at the $1 price.

Unfortunately they aren't very good (which explains why they're now bargain priced), although fine for kids. The figures themselves are not stickers. Instead you have to use the included double-sided sticky foam padding stick the figures onto walls, ceiling, etc., and the foam isn't the best size or shape for doing that (especially for the smaller items in the packs).

Might want to hold off there as the new warehouse toy mailer for the school holidays has Clone wars figures listed as $9.99 as of tomorrow 30/6/10 also have Darth Vader voice helmet for $50 and deluxes figures for $30

And I thought $11.81 was a good price.

Well either way there's some really cool figures for the Clone Wars collectors in that latest wave and there seems to be special 'sale' shelves away from the toy section again as there was with the recent 'buy one get another cheap' deal, so good hunting.

Indeed! $9.99 a figure is great, especially when some places still sell their figures for $20-$25! Great time to run and grab those ones I couldn't decide on - for that price it's worth it

The Warehouse Birkenhead had a lot of Darth Vader helmets on the special Toy Sale section of the store. $50 is a pretty good price for those - I think the original versions were around $100?

For those cheap Whitcoulls 3D "stickers", in some shopping centres (e.g. Milford Mall, Auckland) they are in the Whitcoulls Clearance shop rather than the main Whitcoulls shop.

just be careful how they all scan as some are still scanning at full price, pity they dont have any of the new stuff out

New stuff just hit our Warehouse! While there were none on the weekend, it seems some cases must have come in since as tonight I found a bunch of newer CW toys: Cold Weather Rex, Obi and Anakin, more Banes, the new Yoda, new MagnaGuard and Firefighter Battledroid. I had hoped to find Aayla Secura, but had no luck. I had heard reports from elsewhere in Welly of TX-20 and Thi-Sen being found at The Warehouse, so be on the look out for those! At less than $10 each it's hard to go wrong!

It looks like Kmart got it wrong in their junk mail catalogue - there is no R2-D2 keyring in that 9-pack. Instead it's another Clone Trooper commander (I can't recall who. Rex? Fox?).
