No, not that one, but the other beginning...

I know, I know... it's a bit of a faux pas to record a movie in a cinema, but I was taking it back to the classic days of fandom by doing so, if only to hear the reaction of the 1200 fans in the Embassy Theatre at 12:01am on Thursday, December 17.

This scene gave me absolute chills in the cinema when I first saw it. Where does the kid from the desert go to hide? a planet made almost entirely out of water. I am reminded of a phrase "when the student is ready the master will appear."

Rey in this scene certainly looks like someone who is in desperate need of some compassion and guidance of a wise old master, and so we come full circle. The wide eyed naive farmboy has become the wise world wearer old master. This is why I love Star Wars why I always have an always will.
