I've personally never seen it, and i did used to look at the lines in my nearby stores at the time, its possible i missed it but i'm pretty sure we didn't get it in New Zealand, i've also never seen it in our secondary market.
There were also few of them on ebay when i went looking for action fleet ships.

You and me both, buddy. I missed them for years, but I think what makes it particularly hard right now is that there are so many great new vehicles being introduced to the franchise that would work wonderfully in the MM size.
