I'm glad you're not trying, only doing, 'cause that is looking all kinds of amazing!

Been a bit slow the last week or so but did manage to get my hands on the correct screen accurate material for yodas outer robe! Started the feet & hands & am tracking down acrylic finger & toe nails.
As for the head, I just wasn't happy with the latex cast I had it just didn't look like yoda so managed to track down this cast which the artist agreed to cast in rubber for me (stoked!!!)

Got the little geeza's body just about done, it turned out to be a bit of work as although he's short he very top heavy! I'm too embarrassed to show any photos let's just say it ain't that pretty under his robes (which at present are just pillow cases) the body is foam covered pvc pipe along with the jointed hips & stumpy legs enabling the old guy to take a load off & sit down, hands, arms & shoulders are foam covered wire for posability.
Here is the lazy eyed old boy sitting down

It doesn't matter what is under there, as long as it works.
Nice job :)
Will you be coming down for Armageddon this weekend?

Would be really great to catch up, I can give you a couple of things that I have here for you also.
Any help down our way I can only try to help where possible for suit up etc.
Sometimes keep spare tape, glue etc etc etc for trooping. :)
Let me know what you may need and I can try to bring it along for back up.
