Welcome to the boards Steve :) I can definitely recommend one of Oota Goota's suits of armour - they're superb. I'm in the process of putting mine together now.

Welcome Steve. We've got lots of different types of SW fans, and collectors of different sub-genres here on the forums, but it's always cool to have more old-school OT-era members!

Hi all,

My names Noel and I hail from Auckland.

Star Wars fandom being a given I'm generally a fan of epic scale escapist fiction in general. Things that come under this banner for me are Star Trek, Firefly, LOTOR, Macross, TF (see below), Farscape and Star Gate amongst other randomness.

I've been a long standing member of www.transformersnewzealand.com and found the link to this site via there. I've kerbed back a lot from collecting the last couple of years but have a few select star wars things that I really like/want.

That's all I guess. Aside from my job (Solar PV Panels) and other interests, product/furniture design, wood working, creative writing travelling.

I probably won't be posting too much as I'm quite busy but will pop in once in a while.

Hi

Allow me to introduce myself, my names Cameron.

I have just recently moved to Auckland and am currently planning my stormtrooper armour build.

I am a big star wars fan and in particular star wars novels. I have a nice collection of paperbacks and E-books. Recently I downloaded The Thrawn Triology audiobook, which is just fantastic. :D

I also have a nice collection of star wars lego including tonnes of minis.

I look forward to getting to know many of you through discussions on this forum

Cheers
Cam
