It could possibly be done. We have already had the animated spin-off TV series Droids which was just R2-D2 and C-3PO (and still waiting for a proper DVD release of it and Ewoks! ).

be a step in the right direction I reckon. Boba Fett is a good bridging character between the films and clone wars; might be a good spring board for the live action tv?

Of course, there have been rumours that the live-action TV series (if it ever appears) was going to be based around Boba Fett.

If we're talking about a production being very focused on a single character, I think I'd rather it was a self-contained movie, rather an ongoing TV series. I think 100 episodes of "The Adventures of Boba Fett" would wear us out, when there is so much other good material to explore.
