There was an advert on Sky TV's Cartoon Network last night. Apparently on the Cartoon Network website you can play various games and make your own Clone Wars games (no doubt Adobe Flash-based). I haven't checked it out - it's probably hopeless via a dial-up connection.
There's also some sort "badge collecting" when you play the games, but I don't know if there are any prizes involved with that.

While I did not get to look at this one I did get to play the Ben 10 game creator while babysitting the nephew
