I don't know how to play games on PCs... I grew up with consoles, but I did play Dark Forces on a PC (back in those Dark Times), which is why I prefer a controller in front of a television.

Don't judge me, Fred!

Beta kicks off tonight (9pm NZT for PC, other platforms also available). You can pre-download *now* (via Origin)...worth doing, as it's a big download. https://www.origin.com/en-nz/store/free ... emos-betas

NVIDIA has also updated their drivers for Battlefront which also includes a SLI profile which you must select when using the Geforce Experience

Hi all - I was lucky enough to get early access to the Beta and have been playing it for the last two nights (as you may have seen on Facebook) and I must say its one of the best Star Wars gaming experiences Ive ever experienced.

Rivet counting aside, its slick, super fun, easy to pick up and has amazing wish fulfillment - Walker Assault alone is worth every minute.

Im happy to post some of my screenshots or answer some questions if you hadnt had a chance to get into it yet.

Cheers
Hads

Cool Hads. You've probably already got the terrain/arenas already well familiarised then!

We got this running well on both Kristy and my laptops (hers is a nearly 5-years-old Dell XPS, and it still manages the game fine) and we playing 2-person coop runs last night.

I downloaded it this morning and have spend the last 2 hours on it. It get really emotional being in the Star Wars universe. The detail is amazing. I have trouble taking down the At-ST. No Grenades???

I am so loving it !
Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.
