This image from the Verizon and ILMxLAB's Rogue One 360 Experience just blows me away; and it makes me realise just how different fandom is from previous generations.
I mean, the first generation of fans had a few images in magazines and press kits, before going nuts for something as simple as the Early Bird Certificate Package. Nowadays, we have an app that alerts us as to when a new trailer or TV spot goes live, along with being able to experience an attack on the Death Star in virtual reality – on our phones, no less.
*censored*, all this image needs is a garbage matte to "take me home", so to speak...
