Nice one! It does keep getting better. I hope it sticks around the theatres for a while yet, 'cause I want to get another screening or two in.r2d2 wrote:Seen this movie for the third time today and it keeps getting better, trying not to analyse every little part, just enjoy it for what it is, another Star Wars movie

Re: The Force Awakens discussion - POST RELEASE
Ditto.
I took my daughters to see the film on my second viewing and they loved it, but as a dad I always wonder if they're into things because we're doing them together as a family. Would they choose to be as interested if I didn't encourage them? They stayed in Auckalnd with my parents last week, and during the rainy days their grandmother took them to the cinema. To my surprise and delight, rather than going to see Alvin and the Chipmunks or whatever else is showing that they hadn't already seen, they petitioned their grandmother to take them to see TFA again. I guess it really is their Star Wars, now? I'm so pleased they love it as much as I do, and the grandparents did too, as it turned out.
Now to figure out when I go back for my third screening ...

I think so Rev my daughter is ready to go again very keen for a second viewing. It's not going to be the same experience we had there's just more or everything these days but maybe it'll be a bit like the modern doctor who that also has a whole new generation of fans....Reverend Strone wrote: I guess it really is their Star Wars, now? was wondering as I think more about the movie, if we will get any back story on what happened on Jakku,
would be so cool to see how that battle transpired to leave so much wreckage

bring on rogue one, episode 8 and what ever else they have in stall for us
