No it wasn't too bad actually, I've had worse landings in Wellington in the past, this one was pretty good.
Although I have never really drifted properly in a decent sized plane till yesterday.
After a rough night at the James cook thanks to our travel insurance we are now back in our house looking forward to a normal routine (NOT).

There were lots of stuff over there, some of it good, some if it was a bit junky.
Most of what they had was the same as here except for a few items, ill get some photos posted once I sort out my work van for tomorrow.
There was one thing I missed by 1 day which I'm really kicking myself about and that was the supernova expo, really gutted I missed that one.

Here were a couple of items I found at target and bigw, a growly Chewbacca and a couple of anamatronic figures of Darth Vader and storm trooper.
There was an anamatronic Chewbacca that was reduced to $48.00 but he was a bit worse for wear and I didn't have room to bring him back.

I found some essential reading while over there, this book was half the price that I've seen it in NZ so I had to have it.

I dont collect much in the way of toys but found this one, the only one on the shelf.
I was pleasantly surprised when this scanned at $29.00 so I had to have it.
Apart from a storm trooper t shirt and star wars hat that was pretty much it, oh maybe a couple of past box DVD series of doctor who for $20. Each.

Thanks blaxmyth, when it comes to shopping I really have a good look at what is out there before diving into a purchase.
