So first question:
John Boyega as a new look stormtrooper. Is this:
a) A Han / Luke in Death Star TK type situation, or
b) We will have a Stormtrooper as a lead character, or
c) Something else.

Please be (b), so much awesome potential.

I've got a feeling it is along the lines of b, and agree that that will be an interesting approach.

Loving the height variation in the troopers - I won't look like such a freak anymore. 3rd & 4th troopers look like every pic of me at Auck Geddon!

I'm almost hoping they change the name from stormtroopers though, it would be nice if they finished with the Empire & now we have a new elite force. In the same way we went from Clones to Stormtroopers now to something else. Even if they don't I'd like 501st to set up a new designation, other than TK for the new troopers, the armour looks different enough to warrant it (in my opinion).

Ive been smiling all day after watching that this morning

Some great looking things there - I like that the Troopers armour have been redesigned, I especially like all of the fastening clips and the moulded ammo pouchie looking things and is that a hard/magnet based holster attachment for the blaster on the right leg? That would also explain the attachment looking things on their helmets for other accessorries.

Does that speeder bike look like one really big pod racer engine with a seat on it?

And of course, seeing the Falcon in flight again is just the best!
